Resistance Training Services

Resistance training includes a variety of disciplines including a combination of free weights, machine-based training, stability ball training, resistance bands, balance discs, medicine balls, mat work and body resistance exercises. Combining these areas keeps things fun and varied and gives you a healthy toned body.

Cardio intervals may also be included. Again, don’t think of training as a difficult thing. Its not a matter of repeating the same boring barbell exercise over and over again, its about finding out what you like to do, discovering a system that works for you and combining different training techniques to give you the body you deserve.

I also offer online personal training. Via FaceTime or Skype, I will coach and motivate you to be your physical best. With this technology, I am able to see any adjustments that need to be made during a workout we do together.

Your form is very important and should not be compromised; consequently you will exercise at your optimal level. Using a set of hand weights, tubing and your body weight, an effective regimen can be learned.

Gail Williams is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

In the fitness industry for over 20 years, Gail received her accreditations from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Her other credentials include Nutrition Specialist, which she earned from the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists and a Mat Pilates certification from the Pilates Institute of America.

She also analyze several areas of one's life to see how they may affect eating habits and overall health.
