Nutrition Intervention
Nutrition may be the easiest thing to change. Despite what you might think, you can make simple changes to make a big impact. After all, many of us eat too much or may not eat enough, which wreaks havoc on our metabolism.
The body composition will not change unless you change what you put in it. Depending on where you are in your life, the body can react to food differently. It is important to know what you put in your body, as well as the correct portions and how often during the day. I will guide you with suggestions on how to alter your diet, taking small steps, one at a time, to make significant progress over a few months period.

Every ones body is different. Each person has unique goals. Every workout session has to be tailor designed for your specific needs. When you train with me, you will have fitness challenges that are specific just for you. Because of this, your workout is going to be as different as each person.
I make it my job to customize your program to meet your needs and to make the biggest positive impact in the quickest amount of time. The physical is only half the equation. The other half is psychological. I show you how to tap into the power of your subconscious mind and unleash the positive energy that is within each of us.

Knowledge is power. Understanding is wisdom. To this end, I explain the exercises we are performing and the muscle groups targeted so you gain the necessary education. A workout session should be comprehensive to include strength, cardio, balance and flexibility.
In a one on one session, you receive complete explanation of the “what and why”. My goal is not to train clients for the rest of their lives, but to increase their awareness so they want to exercise for the rest of their lives. My hope is that they learn and apply what they know from their experience with me. The goal is to positively change your life forever – not simply help you drop a few pounds.
